Lots of stories tell of great horses, like Secretariat and Cigar, looking for their peppermints after winning a big race.<\/p>\n<p>However, with the advent of \"MAY CONTAIN\" warnings on packaging, we became unsure that grocery store and bulk food peppermints were OK to give to horses. So, I developed Rewardz Horse Treats scotch mints.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike grocery store brands, Rewardz is the FIRST AND ONLY scotch mint sold in Canada to be registered as a horse treat with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and marketed to horse enthusiasts. This means that the formula and ingredients have been reviewed for their suitability for horses.
